Why Did You Join Fitness Renegades?

I tried to get health insurance on my own after I changed jobs and I was denied because my height and weight measurements didn’t meet their requirements. After I won a 60 day package with Fitness Renegades by submitting my story, I though here is my chance to make a change, here is my chance to get “me” back.

Current Goal:

I want to be strong, and as I realize that may impede my weight loss, being strong will give me more confidence in myself than whatever number is on the scale. I want to be able to backsquat 300 lbs, and deadlift 265 lbs, and even one unassisted pull-up would be pretty sweet, too.

Why did you join Fitness Renegades?:

Lose weight, improve running times, tone up, get healthier

Family Life:

I married my super supportive husband John in 2006, who I have known since High School. I have one son, Darrin, who is 16.

Current Goal:

Complete 4 Half Marathon in 37 days. First one is the Cheesehead Half in Hilbert, August 23. Final on is the Women Rock Half in Chicago with 2 other Renegade Runners, September 27th
