Family Life: I am currently single and I have no kids. Current Goal: My current goal is continuing to decrease my body fat, compete in some races, like the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. I used to go to the gym wander around and find something to do…mostly sit on the treadmill not challenge myself and then leave…..that was just not working for me anymore. Family Life: I am single. I have a sister and my parents…..who I would love to see join, but they just aren’t ready to take the leap. I have tried Curves, Planet Fitness and a personal trainer. I found that to be too repetative and boring. I wanted to lose weight but also tone and I knew this was the way to do it. Our two dogs Elminster and Merlin (brothers) joined us a year previous to our marriage. We tried for 4 years to have children. Our first little one joined us on 5/7/09 Jonas Michael. 16 months later his twin brothers Elijah (Eli) and Leopold (Leo) joined us.The day we found out we were having twins Bryan asked why there wasn’t a bar located in the hospital. Twins do not run in either family so it was a big surprise. Now I am surrounded by a house full of testosterone. Running around like crazy!! I wouldn’t have it any other way. Current Goal: Goals, goals, goals…..First off I want to keep up or out do my kids energy!! I want to play for more than 15-30 minutes and be completely drained. Second I want to be a good example of what fit is and why it is fun and helps us in so many ways and in doing activities. Thirdly I just want to fit back into my size 10 clothes. Why Did You Join Fitness Renegades?: I joined Reneagdaes because I need help to become healthier. I’m at the point were 3X shirts don’t fit me, my joints are constantly hurting because I’m over weight, and I want more energy. I look in the mirror and I just think what happened. When I was in high school and college I was a powerlifting champion I played football, I was in tip top shape. Then I joined the military and was really in shape. I was medically discharged in 2008 from injuries sustained while active and I just let myself go. I gained 127 pounds since 2008. This is why I joined Fitness Renegades, I want to feel better, and not hurt anymore, I want to have more energy so I can be more active with my kids, and to just be healthy. Family Life: My wife Renee and I are both members, I have two kids of my own Hanna who is 9 and Hayden who is 6, and I have a stepson named Jordy who is 3 Current Goal: My current goal is to be in a size XL by summer. My sister is getting married and I want to be able to fit into my suite. I would also like to be under 300lbs by July. The big number is 120 lbs. I want to get to my ideal healthy weight of 230-235. A time where I could push myself and get motivated to change up my lifestyle. Family Life: I have moved back home with the parents. It is not the ideal situation, but there is no place like home. We are a family of 3 and love our four-legged fur babe to no end. She definitely stays true to her name, Shadow, and follows me around while I’m home. Being a close-knit family, we don’t always see eye to eye, but at the end of the day we are each others anchors and greatest support. I was thrilled when they welcomed me back home with open arms. Current Goal: Currently, I wish to get back to my college weight by committing myself to the gym at least 3 times a week. The last couple of years I have gained weight and an the heaviest I have ever been. I knew I needed to do something. I am not self-motivated and was not able to commit to doing this alone (at home or at the standard fitness center). After my tour and meeting so many friendly people, I knew this was the place for me! Family Life: I have been married for 25 years. My husband Russ and I have two sons (21 and 23 years old).
