September 1, 2015 Share Pin Share Share Amy joined Fitness Renegades with fire in her eyes in January 2015. She comes faithfully to classes and always puts her best foot forward. Amy set a goal to make the transition to the Renegade Strength side and within a short period of time made the change to adding weekly strength workouts to her routine. She is now a regular on the strength side and hasn’t stopped pushing herself even though she achieved one of her goals. Amy is always willing to challenge herself and continues to become stronger each day. She has a great “Can Do Attitude” and makes it a point to focus on her nutrition. She recognizes when she is not giving 100% and makes changes!
