Fitness Renegades is a break from 

conventional fitness & nutrition!

You know what we mean. Endless rows of treadmills, ellipticals and weight machines. At Fitness Renegades you will not find a single weight machine or treadmill, but you'll still get in the best physical condition of your life utilizing your body weight and free weights.

We Teach You How and What to Eat

80% of your results happen in the kitchen. We go beyond the gym to help our members learn what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat to stay on track with their current and long term goals. We provide ongoing nutrition education and counseling and at least one cooking event a month to introduce new recipes so you don't get bored.

Together We Celebrate You!

Say something about how we celebrate weekly weigh ins and not only do coaches acknowledge you but together with the rest of the Renegades we celebrate your successes, big and small. Every month we also tell the story of one Renegade through story and pictures and hang it in the gym. This also helps strengthen the family by helping everyone get to know each other.

What's fitness and nutrition without a little fun, right!?

At Fitness Renegades we love hosting parties and events throughout the year to give our members a chance to get to know each other a bit better, give non-members a chance to check the place out and get to know us and provide opportunities to taste test some REALLY AWESOME food!

Everyone is always welcome at any of our events...you don't have to be a current Renegade Family Member!

I really love this place. I was scared at 1st because this is not your normal gym and didn't know what to expect. I love that every day the classes are different and never boring. I always feel welcome and part of the team. Staff and other members are friendly and motivate you which I love, because some days I need it.

Unlike other gyms that I went to I found myself just leaving after a month, but here I have been a member since Aug. 2016 and I can honestly say I love it here.

I've never been part of a more welcoming, motivating community of positive people! The coaches are very knowledgeable on form and nutrition, they give you great feedback and push you to do your best. They have fun, nutritious food events that teach you a lot about eating healthy. I love the ever changing workouts, they helped me get past my weight loss plateau and have really toned up!
